he Crown is a Grade II listed Tudor Inn - it was once a "Hundred House" where the courts of latter day passed their judgement. With many of its original features still in place, such as great oak beams, flagstone floors and the large Inglenook fireplace that is the central feature of the main bar area, you can sit and sample traditional ales, fine fare, and a wonderful welcome from your hosts, Richard & Jane Arnold, in historic surroundings. |
